Talk to the people who build it

There is no call centre, no chatbot and no ticket queue to be forgotten in. There is one address, and the people on the other end of it wrote the code you are asking about.

Ways to reach us

Put one of these in the subject line

Every one of them arrives at the same address. The subject is what gets it to the right person first rather than second.

Something is broken

A crash, a source that will not appear, an export that comes out wrong. Tell us your macOS version and what you did just before it happened.

Report a bug

Billing and refunds

A charge you did not expect, a receipt you need, a plan you want to change or a refund you would like. Include the order reference from your Paddle receipt if you have it.

Ask about a charge

Your account

Moving to a different email address, releasing a Mac you no longer own, or closing the account for good. Write from the address the account uses.

Security reports

Found something that looks like a vulnerability? Send it here and we will come back to you. Please do not publish it before we have had a chance to fix it.

Feature requests

The fastest route is the feedback button inside the app, which brings your app version with it. Email works just as well if you would rather write properly.

Press and partnerships

Reviews, interviews, bundles and anything commercial. Say who you write for or what you are proposing and we will reply properly rather than with a media kit.
